Many women are deciding to embrace their natural hair because they're tired of the damage, costs, and upkeep that it takes to have relaxed and straight hair.
I'm glad that you decided to go on this natural hair journey, but it will be a journey for sure. You have to learn to be patient and work with your hair.
The process will go much smoother if you know what to expect, and how to treat your hair correctly.

Now my hair is mainly one texture and I'm full-blown natural and loving it!
Believe me, the big chop is not necessary. There's a lot to learn.

Introduction
I want to thank you and congratulate you for reading the book, Natural Hair Transitioning: How to transition from relaxed hair to natural hair
.
In this book you'll learn the process of going from relaxed hair to natural hair. As you know, relaxing your hair can cause tons of damage.
All those chemicals tend to hurt your hair, more than help it. If you don't have the proper upkeep, your hair is in danger of breaking off, drying out, falling out, or even thinning out.
You can also experience damage by applying direct heat to your hair, like flat ironing or hot combing.
And with all these chemicals and or heat damage, your hair tends to change its texture and can frankly look a mess if you don't know how to manage it.
That’s why a lot of women decide to go natural, because they had a wakeup call when their hair was damaged. They also see it as a healthy, fun, and cost effective way to express themselves and their culture.
Right now, there is definitely been, what a lot of us like to call a natural movement
. Being natural is now in
, and now women everywhere are happy to display natural hair. Rather it’s coiled, curly, or wavy, we love to flaunt it and love to talk about it.
Becoming natural is a great decision, but now you want to know how you can start your transition without any difficulties. That's why I wrote this book.
Why I Wrote This Book
I wrote this book because in the past I've had my share of relaxers and heat damage, and when my once long and thick hair fell out back in high school I was so embarrassed and sad.
Like a few of my friends and family members, I wasn't willing to get the
