INTRODUCTION

Isn't it a funny fact that the only avenue of knowledge you have as a client to your barber, colorist, loctician and hairstylist and their jobs, especially concerning your hair, is whatever they tell you.

I've witnessed from my vast wealth of experience in this niche of the beautician industry that most professionals don't know exactly how to educate their clients on how to properly manage their hair. Either because these pros lack the adequate skill required to pass their knowledge gained from experience to texts or audibly comprehensive language or because they don't have that knowledge at all and work basically from everything they've been taught through the years without actually certifying certain facts for themselves. This problem is so bad that for a single case of a minor hair issue, there can be a million proffered solutions by a million professionals.

This handout aims to solve that major problem of inadequate client education of the professional's skills and tactics as it may concern the client. Also, as a bonus, I have put out DIYs for the interested client to practice and get satisfaction from.
