Introduction
OVER 20 MILLION WOMEN IN the United States alone, are suffering from some type of hair loss. This does not take into account the rest of the world, and a little less than half are under 40 years of age. It has also been somewhat therapeutic to just release all of the thoughts and experiences. When I used to get down about losing my hair I would read scriptures, motivational quotes; and I have included some of my favorites at the end of each chapter.
I have endured a lot during my journey with alopecia. Although it won’t kill me, I am living with this forever! The obstacles that I faced during all my major life changes (marriage, pregnancy) and the numerous stylists I have
