Classic book on Reiki that was controversial in it's day and is now considered standard reading on the subject of Reiki. I read it years ago and I remember being very unsettled with its content and I should most likely, read it again before assigning stars to it.

The first book I had on reiki. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I found Chris Penczak's book to be more helpful to me as a witch. However, for those who do not have witchy leanings, this book is perfect. It takes you from the explanation of reiki all the way through level 3, with images and exercises.
