Introduction

Namaste. The objective of this book is to introduce the concept and core principles of Soulchilogy, which is pronounced, sol-chee-lo-gee.

It is my pleasure to share with you the benefits of meditation and why it is to our benefit to make the choice to raise our frequency pattern and study our soul’s energy for our positive self and spiritual development.

In this book, I share some of the methods and programs that helped me to forgive, love others unconditionally, and raise my own frequency pattern. I am also excited to share what I have named, the crystal ETTAAH method.

Soulchilogy is a collaboration of spiritual and mental ideas from various cultures and religions from all around the world. Its principles and ancient concepts are still valid and may lead us to pure facts, sound right reasoning, and solutions. Each person who studies Soulchilogy will have their own unique experience during their positive self and spiritual development because we were uniquely made in the image and likeness of God which means we are divine and magical just as well as being human.

Soulchilogy is full of information that is not new. Much of the information in this book was passed down long ago to our ancestors yet much of the information was kept hidden, yet anything in the dark will eventually come into the light. It has taken me years of study, along with reading and watching hundreds of books, interviews, reports, studies, theories, treatises, and news stories on the internet and on video, that were made possible by a multitude of people and personalities, professors, teachers, researchers, scientists, lecturers, politicians, philosophers, etc., who for decades have been devoted to serving humanity, informing people and offering other perspectives of interpreting astronomy, archeology, history, metaphysics, religions, sciences, socio politics, myths and legends, etc. All the great writers, artists, healers, seers, and thinkers I mentioned at the start of this book have been a great inspiration and reference. I highly recommend their books, interviews, and lectures.

This book is for anyone interested in investigating their soul’s energy to become enlightened to the truth about esoteric, mystical, and religious information that many of us have received through deceitful and dogmatic systems of education that is often confusing, distorted, unclear, and manipulated. I did my best to interpret all the information I was inspired to write about to hopefully inspire billions of other individual souls. I hope that for future generations, this book will assist those seeking to study their individual soul’s energy for their positive self and spiritual development.

After thirty years of meditating and being a student of metaphysics, I was guided to study what I have named, Soulchilogy, and practice what I call, the crystal ETTAAH method. I was blessed to remember bits of my past life, and how important it is to honor our Cosmic Parents and Ancestors. Many ancient secrets are being revealed. I have been provided with the good news, techniques, and tools, such as qigong, yoga and crystal energy healing, that will enable us to raise our frequency pattern so we can move into a more joyful, empowered, and peaceful way of living within ourselves and our communities.

The ancestral native Spirit in each one of us has been calling out for purification and reconciliation. Our Cosmic Parents and Ancestors are responding. Are you listening? If you consider yourself an open-minded person seeking truth, I think you will find Soulchilogy to be an interesting study towards knowing your true essence. Soulchilogy recognizes and includes our Source, Ancestors, the Christ consciousness, and other ascended master’s individual enlightened consciousness. Your imagination, meditation, prayer (including group prayer), and the crystal ETTAAH method are also included; using discernment, positive and constructive thinking, intuition, dreams and nightmares; natural health, color, sound, dance, yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, and more are incorporated into Soulchilogy to raise our frequency and co-create and strengthen our body, mind, and soul.

From Reincarnation, Reiki to Soulchilogy

In 1998 I began working at a vitamin and nutrition company in Mineola, NY. Since I was a young teenager I have been interested in everything from natural health, fitness, to philosophy. I gained extensive knowledge about supplements, vitamins, herbs and alternative health while working at the vitamin and nutrition company. I learned how certain natural herbs like Kava Kava and Valerian root extract can help those who have trouble relaxing and going to sleep, and how Burdock and Dandelion root can be used for skin conditions such as eczema, and herbs like Echinacea and Golden Seal can be used as herbal remedies for allergies, colds, and the flu. I would faithfully read the free periodicals placed out at the front of the store and the other alternative and natural health books.

While working as a nutrition specialist I began writing freelance articles about natural health and nutrition. My very first piece, The Benefits of Bee Pollen, was published in the May 2000 issue of Honey magazine in a two-page article. l later learned about all types of ancient secrets, including how certain crystals in the mineral kingdom have different properties for healing and various vibrations that produce beneficial effects in us, such as positive self and spiritual development, and profound enlightenment. These powerful tools have assisted me, along with many others, to experience more happiness, love, peace, joy, beauty and truth in life.

The God frequency, Christ consciousness, studying my soul’s energy, and the crystal ETTAAH method helped me to raise my frequency and continue to rise in my positive self and spiritual development. Around the year 2000, I learned all about the universal vital life force energy, also known as chi, ki, and prana when I first learned about reiki. After more years of studying Soulchilogy, I came to the realization that our universe is an omniverse or multiverse that is an elemental, energetic, multiversal vital life force. This multiversal vital life force energy is the only energy that has the power to heal not only my physical body, but more importantly, my etheric body. I had to first heal and balance my own subtle energy bodies before I could share the information with those who would also like to raise their frequencies, balance, and heal their etheric body of all types of dis-eases from their human auric field, which is also known as the subtle energy bodies. The transcendence of the mind to operate from the Higher Self is key.

The study of your soul’s energy for positive self and spiritual development, which I call Soulchilogy, may help you develop a closer working relationship with your Higher Self, and assist you in fulfilling your purpose in this life. After doing my own soul investigating and after observing many people’s human auric fields, I realized most individuals have energy blockages in their lower etheric subtle bodies known as, chakras. Many need chakra adjusting and balancing, and an auric cleansing to remove energy draining lower frequencies so they can function at a higher frequency.

Aura cleansing, chakra adjusting and balancing are often needed to transform low-frequency, negative energy, and the disrupted generational DNA subtle body energies we inherit from our generational DNA. This generational DNA has trapped emotions attached to it that cause stagnant energy blocks in us. The blockage disturbs the natural flow of the energy in our lower and higher subtle energy bodies, chakras, and our individual consciousness. Due to our thinking and actions, our subtle energy bodies can become out of balance and cause physical, emotional, and spiritual disharmony and pain in our physical body and in all areas of our lives.

Each of us is responsible for our positive self and spiritual development so that we may acquire even higher forms of consciousness. Many people have simply forgotten their true nature of their being, but all sleeping giants will eventually get a nudge to be awakened and reminded. You will need to decide if you are awake and ready to tune into your Love channel and flow with the natural rhythms of being, sensing and doing.

Every primordial atom is an individual unit of consciousness in the process of cosmic manifestation. Our physical bodies are made up of a vast number of atoms. The atom is made up of three kinds of smaller particles, called protons (positively charged), neutrons (have no charge), and electrons (negatively charged). Protons and neutrons are in the middle of the atom and they are called the nucleus. All the rest of the elements listed on the Elemental Periodic Table in Chemistry are a combination of the proton, neutron, electron. Everything in life that we have first-hand experience with is made up of these three particles. Purely divine and Infinite Consciousness creates and recycles the Black and White Holes that are the wormholes that begin endlessly in the cycle of feminine and masculine energies co-existing, co-creating, in the whole transformation process. Nothing about our world is random. We were not just randomly created because our parents had sexual intercourse. Each One of us was destined to be here on Mother Earth for a sacred purpose.

Our purpose is to serve, experience life, love in action, remember, and acquire consciousness in higher dimensions (worlds) as we go all the way up to ascend towards expanded Infinite Consciousness that is the Source and our Soul. We were made in their image and likeness. I feel a connection to my Cosmic Parents whom I feel are an omniscient, omniverse of melanated, dark matter with the Holy Spirit which governs the solar system, galaxies, and everything in this multiverse, including our individual souls.

All higher life suggests service of life. It is our choice and we can choose to give as well as take, share instead of demanding, unite instead of dividing, think as One and not as parts, love unconditionally, and be wise and aware of our conscious and subconscious thinking. We were attracted to this planet and we learn more completely in each successive life we live, the infinite ways in which our Spirit may be expressed through, and dominate over, material conditions it experiences in the physical body. This creative multiversal vital life-force energy is the very essence of all things and manifests in different densities from our subtle energy bodies to all physical matter. With our Higher Self, Infinite Consciousness observes our individual consciousness and the frequency pattern we have attained. We can raise our frequency pattern through righteous thinking, prayer, meditation, soul investigating, positive self and spiritual development, and through service of life. Whatever the Self desires becomes a mental intention which will eventually manifest itself in either this world or another parallel universe in our multiverse.

Our world was built with egoistic ideas, fear of God, fear of Mother Earth, fear of each other. It is with our thoughts that we can make love, and make war; make rules and break rules. Life is based on a system of give and take permeating all relations. In all reality, the most powerful rulers are dependent on those they rule. Truly powerful rulers know that the only way they can truly be a successful ruler is by greatly appreciating and serving those they are trying to rule. A ruler can only give to those they rule and get what they receive from them. There needs to be a change in the thinking of people who believe they or others are in control of anything and anyone outside of themselves.

The effects of a terrifyingly abusive childhood put me on a quest to know why I was experiencing the life challenges I began experiencing soon after my conception. Very early in my life I found myself in a situation where I was not wanted and my mother was trying to kill me before I was even born. I had to know why I was being molested at age four or five by my stepfather, who was a police officer and detective. Not only was he molesting me, he had also molested his own daughter, along with several other children. I needed to know how to be able to differentiate the many wolves in sheep’s clothing, and other types of low-frequency entities and people I would encounter throughout my life.

At a very early age it was clear to me the life challenges and experiences I was having as a child were amongst the worst experiences any human being could have in life, although I do remember being around ten-years old and seeing a television commercial with starving children in Africa, laying on the ground, suffering with flies all over them, and thinking to myself that those children were having a harder time than I was having at home.

Many would say that no person should have to experience those types of horrors and experiences in life, yet with wisdom, and from watching the Oprah Winfrey show for most of my life, I learned things don’t happen to us, they happen for us. Those starving people in Africa were born into that situation and destined to have that life experience just as I was destined to meet my stepfather’s demons and all other negative, low-frequency energies that were effecting my life for a reason. It was very confusing because at times my stepfather had a loving, giving, and caring personality. Unfortunately, many times when he was under the influence of alcohol, also known as spirits, he would turn into a monster that was worse than any horror movie I had seen. At an early age, I sensed something extremely terrifying and negative was going on around me and many of my family members, friends, and classmates. Sometimes I would see different entities that appeared like blobs of murky shadow-like energies/entities around other people. This caused me to start searching for answers. I needed to know why Jesus, whom I had heard since I was a young child, was the Savior who watched over babies and drunks, was not saving us. As a child, I could not understand why Jesus would allow my family and I to experience such horrors. I needed this God or Jesus to tell me all about the strange occurrences my family and I had experienced.

As a young child, I did not have a clue about all the dysfunction that was going on. After graduating high school, I became a student of metaphysics, past life therapy, and energy healing. I was in my thirties when I began to figure out the first twenty years of my life, and my past life as a young woman, who was also born in New Jersey and had become so overwhelmed by her fears that I attempted to commit suicide. It was the painful bits of memory from my past life and my childhood that put me on my path to study metaphysics to know the truth regarding reincarnation, our Spirit and the Soul.

Soulchilogy is the result of my years of studying the following: my soul’s energy, life after death, reincarnation, karma, dreams, human, animal, and plant auric fields; various versions of the Bible and other religious books, astrology, numerology, Dogon cosmology, etymology, Egyptology, quantum physics, UFO and ET contact phenomenon; aromatherapy, color, sound, crystal energy, physical and past life therapy, meditation, holistic health, herbs, plants, hatha yoga and Pilates.

Back in 1999, I was led to The Loving Touch Center of Garden City, New York where I experienced my first reiki healing circle, initiated by Joan Michalaros, a traditional reiki master, Karuna reiki master teacher, and the Director of the International School of Reiki. Joan held reiki healing circles every Thursday evening and I loved it. This led me to receive my second-degree Reiki initiation in the year 2000 from another reiki master in West Babylon, New York.

Through my initiation with Reiki, and later, after learning the secrets and effects of healing crystals, I came to realize my own method for energy transmitting, tranquility, and arranging healing. I call it the crystal ETTAAH method. Its name is simply an acronym of what the crystal ETTAAH method can do for us. This subtle yet powerful method enables me to use as much of the multiversal vital life force energy I require, and as much as I can handle, per my current frequency. With loving and positive intention, I can raise my frequency pattern and elevate my consciousness through meditation and the crystal ETTAAH method.

One of the best ways to realize how powerful and connected we are to the multiversal vital life force energy and our Higher Self is through meditation with the application of the crystal ETTAAH method. After just one application, healing channels are cleansed and activated in such a way that we can become more balanced and focused. We can tune in to our positive Love channel. When we are in touch with our Higher Self, we are on a higher form of life so we can absorb and assimilate more types of higher vibrations. This multiversal vital life force energy flows on its own through our Sahasrara (Crown) chakra which is located at the crown of our head. This chakra represents the Sun and the masculine energy of our Yang. It is considered the seat of enlightenment for the union of the soul with our Cosmic Parents (God/Goddess). This energy flows in through the top of our head, hands, and its hues throughout our entire being. The unconditional love energy flows wherever we intend for it to go. Energy transmitting tranquility and arranging healing is possible when we raise our frequency and are a clear channel for it to flow. The crystal ETTAAH method can assist us in awakening our higher consciousness. Crystals are natural, strong, and concentrated energy forces that transmit information and can arrange healing. From my experience, the effects of the multiversal vital life force energy flows in with its empowering ray of light and increasing flow of unconditional love and healing energy, allowing me to consciously co-create with my Higher Self and God.

Finally, in 2012 while thinking of a great name to call an observant, clairvoyant, energist like myself, who enjoys dancing and yoga, the best name that quickly came to me was, Soulchilogist. Around this time, it became clear to me that not only did my individual soul’s energy need healing, but billions of other people’s individual souls needed to transform low-frequency vibrating energies to fully heal and experience positive self and spiritual development.

It is my mission and pleasure to share this information with you. If you do not know how to soul search to know your Soul, or if you would like to stop soul searching and find out exactly who you are and your purpose for being here on this planet, this book may assist you in doing just that. I feel the effects of the crystal ETTAAH method and the growing interest and popularity of crystals is the result of what science still cannot explain.

The essence of Soulchilogy is pure Infinite consciousness, energy, creativity, observation, curiosity, experience, and knowing. The crystal ETTAAH method for example would seem to be a mystical experience to a scientist, being that it works at a bio-physical, quantum level where it changes bio-energetic paths in such a way that it works off what we focus and set our intention on. Our intended mind responds to energies and frequencies we tune in to and the vibrations we resonate with in the healing frequencies.

My personal experiences and the experiences of many others who practice energy healing and meditate with crystals have been positive. I have experienced more peace, joy, beauty, truth, and faster manifestation in my life since incorporating crystals while I meditate. However, I must state the following as my disclaimer:

The hallmark of the crystal ETTAAH method is to transform disturbing and stagnant energies and desires that are the root cause of pain and suffering in your mind, body, and spirit. The mind is centered, our intention is set, and we also stimulate our physical body by using Hatha and Pranayama Yoga breathing exercises and poses, gentle Pilates-like movements, along with rhythmic shaking and dance. The results for me and others include a deep sense of awareness and well-being, natural re-alignment, pain and tension relief, and a feeling of tranquility. We feel empowered when we participate in our own recovery, and through the process we re-discover our ability to heal our chakras and restore comfort and balance back into our mind, body, and spirit.
