"Spirituality Journey Into The Spiritual" is the book concerning my discovery of the invisible but very real Spiritual World that has always been with us, but we disconnected from it. We all experience and know that the Spiritual World exist, but few of us seek a closer look at it. Well, I craved to get closer to the CREATOR (GOD), and apparently, I took a different turn and the amazing world of Spirituality opened to me.

So this book is about the journey back to the beginning. Spirituality is the essence of the CREATOR that existed at the beginning of Creation. It existed with the African people on the African continent, and it immersed itself with us for thousands of years before the European invaders showed up or existed. Spirituality is that which is consistent and prevalent throughout the entirety of all existence. Spirituality ushered us into the Physical Realm. It guides us through our journey in the Physical world, and it escorts us back to the Spiritual World.

This book is not about spirituality as a religion, and should not be viewed that way. It is my goal to introduce you to the other side of God, to that familiar place and space in eternity that we all come from, that we are constantly in contact with during our time in the Physical world, and that we shall return to when we complete our assignment.  

In "Spirituality Journey Into The Spiritual" I share this Saul becoming Paul bible story experience in its entirety. I was a Christian for many years and yet I had a thing against God's people. In the name of Christianity, I would have gladly taken up a stone to destroy them because of their heathen ways. I was totally against their culture and the traditions they practice. I found their religious voodoo and witchcraft spiritual systems distasteful. Though I found their ways abominable towards God, yet, somewhere deep within me, I had an indescribable love for them beyond my comprehension.

In 2017, something shifted. I found out that I was one of those detestable heathen people I was against. They were my people: the African people of God. These are the very people to whom the Hebrew-African Bible was written about and who wrote much of its content. How incredibly stupid I felt when I found this information out. Upon finding this out, I ran through every emotion imaginable before running out of emotions to feel or have. I was a soulless person- a living zombie for a few weeks. The pain of this deception caused great rage in me, and it left me feeling seriously ill. The deceivers had destroyed my world again for the second time. My anger of being deceived prompted me to set African people free through memory recovery, African identity, cultural education, and Spirituality.

This cycle of wickedness ends now!

About The Author Amaziah Mostafa is the author of the book “My Walk With GOD Gateway To FREEDOM Journey.” Amaziah is a college graduate and considered a professional student who spent over 20 years in higher education in-search-of that special educational calling that many have found, but he never received that calling. He found his love in service to others as a tactical instructor, teacher, youth pastor, pastor of a ministry, fitness coach, behavior interventionist, crisis behavior intervention trainer, and spiritual teacher. Amaziah spent the next two years being directed by GOD into spiritual knowledge and enlightenment. Amaziah realized that his walk with GOD and the path of the Christian Church were not the same. One morning while worshipping GOD outside in the beauty of Creation, he heard that familiar voice that he had come to appreciate so say, “You will have to leave the Church.” Two years later, the appointed time had come for Amaziah to leave the Church.  Shortly after resigning from the Church organization, Amaziah became initiated into Spirituality as an African Elder at which time he was immediately connected to the Spiritual Realm and became a spiritualist. Introduction

"Spirituality Journey Into The Spiritual" is about the journey back to the beginning. Spirituality is the essence of the CREATOR that existed in the beginning of Creation. It existed on the African continent before the European invaders showed up or ever a person existed. Spirituality is that which is consistent and prevalent throughout the entirety of all existence. Spirituality ushered us into the Physical Realm. It guides us through our journey in the Physical world, and it escorts us back to the Spiritual World.

We live in a world where religion has created, renamed, and replaced the Divine Presence that brought everything into existence that exists. The sad thing is that we have been so dumbed-down and tranquilized by manmade religions and doctrines until we can’t recognize true spirituality. We find ourselves going through the religious and spiritual motions continuously to gain a few moments of flirting with the Spiritual World. This brief contact with the Spiritual Essence of the SOURCE gives us a high that causes us to be addicted to a little more of the spiritual stuff, but not to the CREATOR.

As we embark on this spiritual journey, it is my goal to reintroduce you to the simple, but extremely complex, world of Spirituality in brief. We have made Spirituality so difficult until we view it as another religious system of indoctrination. And, so with that attitude and mindset, our wrongful belief systems applied to that which had nothing to do with man ensnared us. In our misguided belief, we have overlooked the simplicity of Spirituality because European man did not brand it. Spirituality is not a religion and should not be viewed as such. Our contact with the European invaders as colonizers and enslavers, along with the things we’ve suffered at their hands, has made us dependent on a manmade religion to lead us even in Spirituality.    

So how do we get back to the simple world of Spirituality? Here are a few things to help you reconnect with that which is all around and inside of you.

-Meditate: meditation is one of your greatest allies in getting back to the beginning.

-Remove those filthy rags from your body and allow your body to reconnect to Creation.

-Walk and spend some quality time in Nature. Take a look at what you are missing. 

-Be present in the outdoor environment and take in the splendor of Creation. 

-Worship the CREATOR, SOURCE, SPIRIT, or the ALL in the beauty of Creation.   These are the highly recommended tools of Spirituality designed to help you reach the state of Pure Form. Pure Form is the system of the Universe put in place to reset us to our original track in Creation before misguided men contaminated us and our thinking.   

Our connection with Nature and Creation brings us into Spirituality. Spirituality connects us to the Divine Spirit, the CREATOR. Our connection with the CREATOR through Spirituality brings us into Oneness with the CREATOR. Our Oneness connection with the CREATOR brings us into Harmony with CREATOR. When we connect to CREATOR through Spirituality in Oneness and Harmony, it connects us with the CREATOR in the dimension of the Spiritual Realm. The Spiritual Realm is the place of the Flow. The Flow is unlimited knowledge and understanding that gives us access to Oneness, Harmony, and Flow with the CREATOR through Spirituality. This wonderful experience and process brings us into the spiritual place of being renewed back to our Pure Form (our purest self) again.

As we move forward, I will endeavor to share some of my experiences and encounters with the Spiritual World. The Spiritual World is a massive world that affects everything in the visible and invisible world we live in. The Physical Realm is the visible manifestation of the Spiritual Realm. The Physical world is but a tiny part of our human life, but we focus a great deal of our attention on it because of our familiarity with it in our human experience.

In "Spirituality Journey Into The Spiritual" I will discuss a few areas of spiritual value in our experience with the Spiritual World. The Spiritual World is not a place out there somewhere. It is right here with us and it interacts with us every day of our lives, but many times we are unaware of its presence. As a spiritual leader, they taught me not to give people everything I had in one setting because they couldn’t eat it all. This book will be no exception to that rule. I will not try to give you the entire scope of Spirituality because none of us can eat it all in one setting.

So with that being said, take a seat, and enjoy as we take a shallow dive into the wonders of the Spiritual World of Spirituality.

THE Y CONCEPT

In addressing the Y concept of spirituality, it is about a choice in your physical existence on the Earth. It points us back to West Africa, and to our growth and development as an African child. The choice is between spirituality and religion as you go through this physical life. The truth of the matter is; it doesn't matter as much which one you choose as you travel in this physical life, because Spirituality is always present. Spirituality accompanies you as you enter this physical life, it is your companion while you are here, and it accompanies you as you exit this physical life. Spirituality is the essence of the CREATOR in all of Creation. Where can you go from its presence? There is nowhere you can go from its presence. It exists in every particle of space and time, and it will continue to exist.

The choice between Spirituality and religion is really about consciousness and freedom. That is the basis of what it is about. Are you conscious and free, or are you programed and bound? These are the choices we can choose to make or not as we travel through this journey we call life.

The Y concept is our human life mapped out in 3 stages of development. It shows our beginning up to the adult or immature adult (older child) point at which we choose the spiritual road we will take in our walk of life.

In the first stage of development, we are growing in our physical and spiritual forms of existence in the Physical world. At the end of the second stage, we are initiated, and begin forming into who we are and will be. During this time, we carve the projected path for our future. We are then in the critical stage of training up a child in his/her assigned purpose of life. Finally, we reach the stage of decision. At this point, we have arrived at the separation of the Y. It is the fork in the road, the V of life, and farewell to those who are going to different destinations. We then walk the path we were called to walk.

Pause!

There's another side. It is at this separation time that we can choose also to walk in the path of others that we are close to. This would be equivalent to religion instead of Spirituality. Why religion? Religion is insignificant in our assigned purpose, and our mission in this life. Religion can distract us because it is about group thinking when we are called to an individual assigned purpose. It can derail us from our created destination because we are walking with others in their path instead of our own. This doesn’t mean we are to be alone in life; it means we have our very own distinct purpose of being here that we must carry out. We can most definitely be fond of and hang out with others we are close to, but their paths are insignificant in our assigned purposes unless we have a role to play together (a duo task) in life. 

There is a caveat to our spiritual choices. It may be possible that you came here to set the captive free. Your assignment may be to go into the enslavement camps and lead us: the enslaved African people southeast to freedom. That being the case, you have to be cautious not to be captured behind enemy lines and brainwashed as you set others free. It is dangerous and difficult work being close to the energy of the enemy too often; the enemy can discover and contaminate you as well.

In Spirituality, there is an agent of cleansing and renewal called Pure Form. It is our reset button. If we make the wrong decision and go in the wrong direction to fulfill our destiny, we can return to our Pure Form and reset to start again. Many people have to turn around to go back, and many do not do it because the journey is long. They complain of it taking too long to go back and start again. The thing to remember is: we took a long time going in the wrong direction before we realized we were in error. So, it only makes sense that after the reset (restart the process), it will take us a while to reach our designed destiny. The comforting point here is we will get there faster than it took us to reach the wrong destination because we have spiritual help.

The sooner you stop fighting the CREATOR, the Spiritual Realm, and your divine assignment, the sooner you will be on your way to your God-ordain destiny. Some think they can take a quick route, but they spend decades in the wilderness instead before their Pure Form reset begins. Every new religion along the way to the beginning (reset point), they grasp, hoping it is their destiny. That only set them back a few months or years before they realize they have errored again. The road to the Pure Form reset can be very enjoyable if we move our ego and pride out of the way. 

Now, for some of us, the Spiritual World settled the choice before we arrived, and we are here to carry it out. Because the Spiritual World has settled it, we cannot walk in any other direction without dire consequences. We knew and learned at an early age that we were different and that we had a spiritual or ancestral calling. It was, for us, very straightforward. Answer the spiritual phone now, or WE will see you shortly, and you can try this again in another lifetime!

So, the Y concept is about the choices we make in this spiritual life with our physical bodies. Choose wisely my brothers and sisters.

Chapter 1

Spirituality- Oneness, Harmony, Flow

May 24, 2019, I had an encounter that redirected my walk from Christianity back to Spirituality, and that encounter forever changed my life. To be specific, that encounter changed my walk with CREATOR from religion to Spirituality, and not spirituality as a religion.

In this chapter, I will go moderately into Spirituality and the things of the Spiritual World. I am going to give a brief introduction of where I was spiritually in my journey and writings during this season. As you read, you will see my progression into Spirituality as I connected more with the CREATOR that led me into oneness, harmony, and flow with all of Creation. I will use some words and phrases that were appropriate for me earlier in my transition.

The following exerts represent the days immediately following my conversion into Spirituality.

QUIET! PLEASE! 

Quiet time had always been in my DNA, or at least as far back as I could remember in my maturing years. I didn’t value those Quiet Moments as much in my youth, but they were always there hiding beneath the noise and clutter of my mind waiting silently for me to come in. 

One morning as I reflected, I realized the importance of having that first hour of silence- the Blessed quietness! I realized it was more precious than anything of value. It is the place where Almighty GOD resides. It is the invisible stuff that guides and directs the Universe and our flow in it. I have listened to quietness, and it is amazing. Almost instantly, I can start hearing what I do not hear with the hearing of the ear. Though there are many times of quietness, I don’t think just any quiet space and time are perfect. There’s a time where we can step into the Oneness of the Flow. It is in that quietness that you can hear the instructions from GOD and from the energy that surrounds you. You can also hear in those moments the energy that guides you in your purpose and the direction of your life speak. It is this place that we experience Oneness of the Flow.

As I was in the shower one particular morning, I realized that starting my day without this quietness is a doomed to fail day. So it is my goal to always have that time in the mornings before I get started on my day. This also means, and it is equally important, that there is a time of quietness at the day's end. This time is important to have before going off to sleep to prepare yourself for the next morning. It is by all means a cycle of divine purpose for the flow of our lives.

There were a couple of mornings I had awakened in a space of calm, stillness, and quietness. I had gotten into the space of Oneness and hearing my divine direction for inspirational writing. Once reaching that place of Oneness, I treasured the experience of blissful quietness. When the environment will not support your serene place of Oneness, it can frustrate you to the point of anger. These moments are blissful, precious, and they are not redeemable. They require a bit of Quiet, please!

ENEMIES OF THE FLOW  

I remember in the early part of December 2019; I awoke out of my circadian clock rhythm and my immediate thoughts went towards the things I needed to get done that day. My thoughts snowballed from there with: I need to go to the gym; I am supposed to go to the electronics store and check on a camera; I have clothes to wash; I need to watch that movie and return it by 19:00 this evening; oh I need to get into the flow for my writing so I can receive the words and direction for my book; there are some emails I need to send today; I need to meditate this morning; I have to get up early and go for a creation walk since it has stopped raining; I need to go back to sleep and wake up correctly so I can enter the place of the Flow energy. These thoughts overwhelmed my mind before I was officially awake for the day.

As spiritual people, when we wake up and allow a flood of thoughts to take control of our minds, they doom us to a poor day. This phenomenon is what I refer to as the enemies of the Flow. When this happens before our circadian clock wakes us, we likely cannot wake in Oneness that leads to the Flow. Thoughts will sometimes rush into our minds in a false importance, robbing us of the flow energy that is in store for us at the start of our day. My being off that day allowed me to lie back down, clean my mind of the barrage of unnecessary thoughts, move them into proper perspective, and try again.

When I awakened the second time, I could remember a few insights that were given to me in the early morning hours to write about before I fell back to sleep. This was rare that the thoughts from earlier lingered around until I awoke later. I jotted them down quickly and avoided the loss to the enemies of the Flow.

There’s another enemy of the Flow that robs us. This enemy is being sleepy and not ready to awake in the morning at the appointed time. We should be able to wake up when we are no longer sleepy, and when we have ended our rest, not waking because we have to get up rushed for time. When we wake after getting the proper amount of sleep, we experience waking in the Flow. It is like being awakened into another dimension during a lecturing session. There is so much information available just for us during these moments in the Flow.

So getting quality and quantity sleep is of the utmost importance in our spiritual journey, and it is a wonderful tool to combat the enemy of the Flow.

MEDITATION

I found meditation to be an elusive subject, but a most important one. The thought of meditation would pop into my memory strongly for a brief period, and usually it was early in the morning before I wake up fully or late at night when I had just reclined preparing to drift off to sleep. It was a goal of practice that I had to embrace for a healthier life.

One morning I received something on meditation, but by the time I got up to the point of writing, it had dissipated. I lay back down, and while I was lying there, one thing came back to my mind. Meditation is the source of peace, strength, purpose, power, and direction. Meditation is that thing that I must do daily, but if I am going to do it, I must do it correctly! It cannot be simply sitting for 10-120 minutes thinking. It has to be reaching deeper into the wonderful mental and physical benefits of meditation to receive the maximum benefits.

When I speak of deeper, I’m not speaking of the deeper and darker levels. I’m speaking of the deeper than the surface to the place that would connect me to the consciousness of Oneness and the Flow. I mean going deeper to the place of euphoria and that area where I am in charge of my thoughts, mental clarity, and healing. Going deeper into Oneness and the Flow with GOD: to the place where I am above the concerns of the daily grind of the rat race of life.

A BRILLIANT MIND

I was reflecting on the multitude of African people that are gifted with a brilliant mind. The brilliant mind is not without its enemies, though. The enemies of a brilliant mind are external voices, noises, busyness, and a chaotic environment. These are the things that stunt the development and growth of a brilliant mind.

Quietness, peace, Nature, a clean, harmonious environment, and clear of clutter surroundings, nurtures, produce, and vibrantly brings a brilliant mind to life and power.

Guard your Mind!

FLOW = FREEDOM   

I had been doing a lot of writing about the Flow because it was mind blowing amazing. There was so much I had learned through my experience with it. So Flow is Freedom- spiritual freedom of not being bound or overly concerned with the cares of the world. This freedom permeates our entire being. Without freedom of the spirit, the Flow seems not to work.

I started observing the Sabbath in April 2018. It became a time for me to get rest body, mind, and spirit. It was also a time of consecration and development for me and my purpose. I stopped wearing a watch and being stressed in my time with restrictions and restraints when it wasn’t necessary. So when I got home on Fridays, I would put away my watch, and would pick it up again for special occasions during the weekend, but usually not again until Monday morning.

I noticed how my writing thoughts exploded when I was off during the Thanksgiving holidays. Waking when I awoke and was done sleeping was so refreshing. The thought process kicked in, and the words and instructions flowed.

I had experienced that several times with GOD speaking incredible things to me in the early morning hours. I later recognized that experience resulted from being in harmony and Oneness with GOD. That state of Oneness led me into the Flow, which led me to my correct path in life.

Freedom from stress and time restraints produces the Flow or allows the Flow to work in our lives.

I have noticed that when I am rushed; I put restraints on my meditation time, prayer time, and quiet time. I have also noticed when I put time restraints on my morning time in GOD’s presence, the time restraints interfere with the Flow.

WALKING WITH GOD IS A JOURNEY!

I was having one of those mornings where I was in the 05:40 hearing from GOD space. Though I didn’t feel like GOD was speaking to me, it was more like I was hearing information that exists in the Oneness of the Flow. I dare not try to explain it any further; I did well to give that explanation. When GOD speaks, it is very precise and internal- Spirit to spirit. It’s like a scar- you can’t forget it. The Spirit imprints the words in your mind. This morning was like matter or biblical manner. Manner is a substance that is a reality at that moment. It only exists in that moment of time and space, that moment in eternity’s continuum. If you
