His life path has covered college, corporate life, entrepreneurship, church and basic human experiences. He holds an MBA, a MA in Communication and undergraduate degrees in Communication and Political Science. And, through all the education, work, and life experiences, he has been held, protected, and guided by a higher power. That experience and the awareness that something larger is at play, has led him to an examination of the process of Spirituality. He has learned that all of it; running, work, life, and spirituality is a process. A process that can be identified, learned and managed to better cope with the world around us.
