Non-violent communication (NVC) aims to improve the authenticity of exchanges and relationships between people. It is possible to say what you think and express your truth while respecting others. A new way of communicating, NVC allows you to open up to others and find compromises with them. It is when you discover your own needs and access your interiority that you manage to meet the other without violence.
