I am a long time, loyal Sidney Sheldon fan. In all fairness to Mr. Sheldon, this is a terrific story, and my review is in no way a reflection of his work . That is the only reason I stuck with this book. I am re-reading all of his work in order. The narration of this book is so terrible that it’s taking everything I have to continue with it.
She never takes a breath, theres never a pause, and rushes through all of the dialogue in a rapid manner that is almost as annoying as her multiple mispronunciations. I’m not sure what the hurry is but it is ruining the story for me.
