    Great book for people starting their carnivore journey. It’s well rounded source of information ranging from the benefits of the diet, how to adapt to it, stories of people living on the diet, history of eating to an environmental impact, how some food data might be manipulated or misinterpreted etc..

    A carnivore diet is by far better for humans, animals and the environment than I ever thought possible. Forget any vegan propaganda or ideas that even vegetarianism will be good for you, Dr Baker outlines exactly why that won't be the case.

    To anyone out there skeptical about this diet, all I can say is that it has healed my arthritis and I have more energy than ever. If you can open your mind and let go of the dietary dogma pushed on us by ignorant doctors and governments, you can really get back to great health. I am convinced this is the way humans are meant to eat.

    This book is a brilliantly written, easily accessible approach to the carnivore diet - a diet that involves ONLY eating animal products. It's the perfect book for beginners and anyone (like myself) who goes: 'Hey?! WTAF?! What about eating the rainbow? What about fibre? Vitamin C? Won't you get cancer and scurvy? And aren't you going to destroy the planet?

    I loved the audio book. It has so many parts, plus bonus chapters on combining carnivore with intermittent fasting, and how to eat out while on the diet. I’m a very happy customer.
