This is a great audiobook for learning the beliefs behind beauty. It doesn’t contain any info on how to walk or sit, etc. It suggests you what attitudes should be the foundation of beauty. That’s something that most books on beauty don’t get into. Great audiobook to start with and then you can move on to other books that tell you things like how to make introductions and the like.

Was interested and wanted to have some light listening while traveling. As someone that's not too revealed to these types of books, it was an interesting listen and a good brain exercise to understand the women beauty!
