      My worst fear would be meeting
      A policemen like Tanner, sarcastic, arrogant, ignorant!
      If he was Norfolks finest, I’d move!
      Good subject matter, overall-
      But I didn’t like the character and will not look for another in the series.

      I’m not a writer so I’m not sure that I can fully articulate how many emotions I felt listening to this book … elation, joy to profound sadness and everything in between. I’m also trying not to “binge listen” to David Blake’s DI Tanner books, but I am so caught up in them, I make sure my headphones are charged and settle into whatever, while I do just that.
      Thank you both to author and narrator, please keep doing what you’re doing.

      I am enjoying this series. A long time ago my family and I had a boating holiday on the broads. The geography of these books brings back many fond memories and the stories don't fail to keep my interest.
