- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The tips are what I really take away from this book. There's a lot of good, practical advice here, and the advice gets better as you move towards the end. This isn't just for CEOs or people in high-profile jobs. It's also for those who struggle to get through everyday work in not-so-optimal work environments. Insight on dealing with inscrutable people. Coming across as intelligent, thoughtful, and well-spoken. Looking good, feeling prepared, and, of course, confidence and presentation. A good listen.
