From a leading voice on issues facing Christians today comes a frank and insightful discussion about whether it's okay to doubt God and what to do about it. Michael L. Brown answers the very toughest questions, such as Why are people leaving the church?, Why haven't my prayers been answered?, Why do people have to experience pain?, What if there is no God?, and more.
This book will lead anyone who has been hurt, anyone with questions that will not go away, into a wonderful, fresh, life-transforming encounter with the living God.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Biblically grounded, practical, convicting, and encouraging. Dr. Brown provides several reasons why faith my fail. These include bad theology, incorrect expectations regarding prayer, healings that don't come, and of course the problem of evil. In each case Dr. Brown turns to the scriptures for examine the issue and offers solutions that feed the soul. I don't agree with everything he said when addressing the problem of evil but I won't dismiss it either. Grab this book and read it. Go ahead and give it to someone struggling. It will bless you. I highly recommend it.
