Short and helpful. This and Brian Tracy's old audio program 'The Luck Factor' show how we make our own luck. Fortune favors the bold!

Some really great insights, especially about how never to humiliate somebody. What I liked about this book is that, even though I'd heard or read many of the tips mentioned, the author's explanation of them are what made them drive home.
