      This is transformative. Highly recommend to everyone searching for changes.

      Useful and engaging material but really more of a philosophical discussion than an action plan as such, though it includes practical items. Well worth a listen, as with all of Mitch's material it seems.

      It’s a Very general book .haven’t learned much from it
