- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The advice in this awful book was wrong 50 years ago and is still wrong today: "eat complex wholegrain carbs and low / no fat choices, the only way to lose weight is consume fewer calories than you burn."
It's this advice over the last half century that has presided over the biggest obesity epidemic the human race has ever seen.
Consign this book to the historical scrap heap where it belongs.
