- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Really well written, I think this is an updated edition of Make your Contacts Count -which I thoroughly enjoyed. The authors give excellent real life stories and scripts, plus reputable research and business articles and book quotes to add to their stances. 10/10 recommend!
