In this workshop, you’ll learn:
• How self-compassion depends on honest, direct contact with your own vulnerability;
• That compassion fully blossoms when we actively offer care to ourselves;
• To address feelings of insecurity and unworthiness by introducing mindfulness and compassion through a meditation called the R.A.I.N. of Self-Compassion, an easy-to-remember tool for your practice.
