About this audiobook
In the hybrid work environment, maintaining a positive mindset about your value and opportunities begins more actively with you than ever before.
Now that everything has become more virtual, you probably miss the personal connections with your leader or co-workers that reinforce a sense of shared motivation and direction. This course empowers you to emphasize your assets, feel more at peace with your weaknesses and become more empowered about sharing your strengths. It will give you the courage and confidence to “drive” your opportunities rather than “be driven.” Each lesson explains a principle and then guides you with questions so that you can apply these principles to your own goals. It will teach you to distinguish and recognize your own value, communicate this value, see the broader possibilities, and then move towards greater satisfaction and rewards.
Audience: Professionals seeking to reframe and refresh their career perspective and path forward by seeing new dimensions.
Format: 6-to-8-minute lessons, each ending with a set of questions for the listener. This is a brief course, with lasting impact.
Number of lessons: 6
Total course length: 35 minutes

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Listen and level up!
Listened to this audio course and completed all the exercises in an afternoon to prepare for an informational interview with a CEO. Using her "Think in 3D" technique really got me thinking differently and changed my approach.
Her guidance led to a rewarding conversation with ideas emanating for my next opportunity. What is most illuminating, affirming from this course is the realization I can get to where I want to go.
It sounds exactly like she's in my living room telling me, "You matter!"
There is such a diversity of stories and people - men and women, different fields, different levels. Listening made me feel "It's about you, how you want to advance, wherever you are." Stefanie's 5 Principles for a Powerful Professional Mindset is the mind-shift I needed to help me level up in my career.
