- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Excellent! Superior to other books on the subject. Factual, persuasive, and a great tool for bringing sanity back into my life.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a genuine and honest book. This book is unique because the book on the subject could be found on the bookstore. I still own that book, and now this one.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The first part of the book teaches the knowledge needed to more successfully for this particular subject. It took me a couple of years to codify the knowledge, where the author does this in the first chapters. I found it to be such a useful primer I send a copy to my son who is beginning his experience in lerning this subject.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I really appreciate the effort of the author with Clearly written, helped me to take a step back instead of just reacting.Helpful assessments and mindfulness exercises.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great listen . Makes sense. Illuminating and scientific with being overly technical. Practical exercises included.
