It is really good book of different techniques, recipes approaches. I like to look into it from time to time. However, if you want to learn NLP from it - don't try. The book is very dry, it's like encyclopedy of NLP.

The biggest problem with this book is that is is big and comprehensive. It is easy to understand but dense reading and will take a long time to get through. NLP requires practice and there is enough in hear to keep you practicing something new for the rest of your life. Great book just open it anywhere and start reading
