About this audiobook
The story takes them to an imaginary ‘children’s help station’ where favorite movie characters and special robots help them leave old fussy eating habits behind. They ‘twist out their worries and problems’ with special ‘twisty turny’ toys and, taking on some ‘Yes, I can’ power, ‘transform’ themselves into positive eaters. They imagine themselves happily and confidently enjoying trying new foods, thus surprising and delighting their families with their new found abilities.
This successful approach is based on natural, safe, sound hypnotherapy principles: act out each positive step in the imagination and dramatically increase the chance of success in the real world. The recording uses state of the art technology.
Lynda's gentle, English voice calms and re-assures as she gives suggestions for boosting confidence and self-esteem. As a former teacher and Clinical Hypnotherapist of many years standing, she has helped thousands of children world-wide through her audio-books. She has been featured in the press, TV and radio, and is author of two widely acclaimed books on hypnotherapy for children and adults.
Regular listening is the key to success!
