Reuben wraps

PREP + COOK TIME 25 MINUTES (+ COOLING) MAKES 8

8 x 25cm wholegrain wraps
⅛ cup (80ml) thousand island dressing, plus extra to serve
16 pastrami slices (210g)
8 Swiss cheese slices (160g)
½ cup (75g) sauerkraut cooking oil spray bread and butter pickles and crinkle-cut potato chips, to serve

1 Heat wraps according to packet instructions.

Place a wrap on a work surface. Cut a 4cm strip lengthways from both edges of the wrap. Spread 1 teaspoon of dressing on the wrap. Place 2 slices pastrami
