Where to for gyms and fitness?

For fitness, 2020 has undoubtedly been one of the most challenging years yet – for the industry financially, and in general for anyone wanting to stay fit and healthy. As if staying motivated before the pandemic weren’t hard enough.

However, irrespective of the hardships we’re experiencing, one thing remains true: a gentle, flexible, enjoyable and consistent fitness routine is what will help us to build a strong, resilient mindset.
