This episode is with TrainingPeaks co-founder Dirk Friel. Dirk’s self identity has evolved through different phases of life. The first half of his life was spent chasing his dream as a professional cyclist all over the world; the second half has been spent founding and growing TrainingPeaks, a software company enabling smart and effective endurance training, used by athletes and coaches all over the world. Dirk is also a husband, father, and son, inspired by his parents to stay active as he ages.
