Welcome to the kickoff episode for Season Two of The Fully Nourished Podcast! There is so much that this season has in store and I’m excited to share it with you. This week we are prefacing season two with an episode that touches back on feminine energy, frames the female collective, and dives into some of the shifts we might be noticing.The health space has transitioned a lot in the last few years, and I think we are struggling to find direction in the mass of chaos that social media and the internet is feeding us. It has changed the creative process and taken it from a sacred process to creating just to create or creating to be competitive, which goes directly against the feminine energy that drives creativity. To reclaim the sacredness of the creative process, we have to surrender and trust our bodies, the process, and our feminine energy while also waiting patiently and not forcing it because you can’t force genius. We have great power as females, and we need to accept the responsibility for that power to shift how we leverage that power in our daily lives. As women, we are finally fed up with how we have tried to get by in life, and we are realizing that there has to be a better way for us to leverage our strengths. There is a collective rage that is brewing as we start to understand where our boundaries have been violated and how we have violated our own boundaries. We have to let go of the things that are no longer working for us and shift our awareness while accepting personal responsibility for the violation of our boundaries, whether it’s from others or ourselves. We need to understand the impact that our daily activities have on our feminine energy. Join me today in this episode, where we talk more about feminine energy and the different ways it is perceived in society.
