November of 2015 marked the momentous occasion when Bill stepped into the role of CEO at the prestigious Droga5 London office. 
In April 2022, Bill was appointed as the Managing Director, Accenture Song UK&I. This move brought about a more expansive role for him, encompassing added responsibilities. His new position involves the supervision of all creative agencies under Accenture Song situated in the UK and Ireland.
Emerging from the dynamic Grey London, here he held the esteemed position of Group Managing Director. Before his Grey chapter, Bill's narrative unfolded over a remarkable 13-year period at BBH, where he embodied the roles of Client Services Director and Managing Partner. Within these roles, he forged deep-seated connections with an illustrious clientele including Audi UK, Unilever and Waitrose. Amidst the dynamic panorama of the Asia-Pacific region, he channelled his energies into projects that breathed life into names like Mercedes-Benz and Johnnie Walker . Across cultures and landscapes, his leadership painted narratives that resonated. 
Bill's journey remains a testament to his prowess in shaping brands, fostering connections, and embracing the world's diverse narratives.
