Description
Another patient files episode where we interview our patient Maegan who shares her journey before us and after us! Things we'll talk about in this episode: Gut health Stress + her technique that helps the most Why she chose a nutritionist over another practitioner Weight loss + maintaining (EVEN through the holidays and travel) Struggles and wins in her journey Next testing she has her eye on! About Maegan I'm 40 years old and I live in Miami, Florida. I'm a fur mom to one sassy cat named Puma, and work in the marketing/communications space. I'm a grammar snob, sauce queen, and proud Swiftie, and my hobbies include spending time with family/friends, tennis, yoga, reading, and talking about healthy habits and nefarious ingredients to anyone who will listen, lol.. I started experiencing hormone and gut issues a few years ago and through all the doctors appointments no one seemed to care about finding the root cause of anything that might be going on in my body, and I was told that I was just getting older and that's how it is. Well, I'll turn 41 in May, and I can say with 110% certainty that I feel better today than I ever have. -- Ready to work with us 1:1? You know, stop the guess work? Let’s go!
