Description

The purpose of a fast is to reduce inflammation, increase mitochondria function, increase autophagy and apoptosis. What does that all mean? Well, Autophagy is the biological process that removes the body’s accumulated toxins, improves brain function and energy and recycles damaged cell components. It's essentially eating up the bad stuff and promoting the good stuff! It reduces inflammation, and promotes longevity. Apoptosis is programmed cell death meaning that it is planned cell death in the body and a way for your body to get rid of the bad cells and regenerate good cells. In this video I discuss the 6 things that are essential to do before starting a Fast.If you have any questions, please feel free to post a question or leave a comment below as I love to answer as many questions as I can. Thanks for watching!
