Keeping physically active is one of the cornerstone habits of healthy Self Care.  In the second episode of our series on Atomic Self Care, we’re talking about exercise.  Whether it’s a walk in the park, gym time, or gentle stretching you can do at home, get moving!  Start low and slow if you need.  If you haven’t exercised in a while, make sure to talk with your doctor to get ideas about what could benefit you the most.
