Still your mind, 
And all those racing thoughts,
Those thoughts 
That take you 
away from you.

And let yourself,
Come into the quiet.

PAUSE

Embrace the quiet.
Feel its peace
And balance.
Allow it to center you,
Ground you,
Connect you.

PAUSE

In this space of stillness,
You find comfort.
That place inside you,
That feels warm, 
and snugly,
Like drinking tea, 
by a fire,
Draped in a blanket.

Free and safe,
At the same time.
