In the 2nd Episode of Season 9 on The Robby Row Show Baseball Podcast I sit down with Harmless AKA Chris Harms to take a deep dive into his rehab process after undergoing a Tommy John Brace and Repair surgery. I had the privilege of overseeing his throwing protocols coming back from the surgery as well as a bit of his training.
