So this is one of the most effective health tricks working for me… In January, I weighed 207lbs which wasn't good for me, so I've been trying out different things to improve my health and shed a few of those pounds. What I found that works for me is water fasting. I dropped from 207 to 190 and then to 183lbs in a relatively short period. The funny thing with the body is that it knows what to do. It's like a fine piece of tech. If you don't feed it, it will get some of the stored fat for fuel besides getting rid of the unhealthy cells. That's why fasting is a powerful tool for overall health besides weight loss. But fasting SUCKS… you gotta want it to endure it. But at the end of it, it does feel GREAT.
