There's nothing I love more in our sport than a great pre-game speech! I love the high-energy pump-up versions and the more mellow make-you-think versions. Today's pre-game speech falls squarely in the second category and I hope it inspires to 'run to the roar', or even just move more confidently towards it the next time.
