In this episode, we explore how belief systems form in early life and then perpetuate themselves throughout our lives.  We see how many if not all of what we "choose" is less of a choice and more of a reaction to our beliefs.  We see that these reactions take us away from love and everything we want in life and how if this cycle is not interrupted, we will isolate ourselves from love.  We also work with some amazing questions in the Q & A portion.  Enjoy!
