Dr. Deanna Minich is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, author, and speaker. Since 2013, she has served on the Institute of Functional Medicine’s Nutrition Advisory Board. She authored the book The Rainbow Diet, a holistic lifestyle system where the focus is not just on what to eat, but also what nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. Deanna also has over 20 years of experience working in the food and dietary supplement industries before going solo.
Deanna joins us to share what her Rainbow Diet is all about and how she came up with this system of eating and living. She discusses the programs she offers on her website and what people can expect from them. She explains how the Rainbow Diet promotes holistic health that incorporates meditation and oneness with nature.
