From a short interview with a chirpy young lady at NatEx 2020, I've come to respect the juggernaut mindset of Samantha Gemmell. I thought that being a Virtual Assistant (VA) was just about setting appointments and "manning* the phones" while the main practitioner was helping patients. I was SO WRONG! Today, Sam takes us through what a VA is, the numerous tasks and responsibilities placed on a VA, and how to find one if you're a practitioner in need of another set of hands/ears/eyes/mind. In the years she's been a VA herself, to now mentoring others and matching those she helps with appropriate practitioners, Sam has developed support collateral, algorithms, and her mentorship program "to help others to help others".
