Description

Bethany is a self-identified sugar addict who struggled with food, sweets, weight and dieting for as long as she can remember. As a child, she remembers scheming ways to get more than her share of cookies, chocolate, or candies. Bethany started dieting at about age 11, and didn't stop seeking out and trying different diets until her late 40's. All of this left her feeling as though she was deficient in some way, and wondering if she'd ever figure it out.Two huge shifts came when Bethany learned that there's such a thing as sugar addiction. She realized that she was a sugar addict. She ditched sugar, sweeteners, and the scale in order to become free. Listen to Bethany's touching, insightful, and inspiring story as she tells how peace with food is now her number one goal (instead of being at a goal weight).
