Description

For Ep 44, my guest is Max Joles.Max is the head of dev for 8020 agency in the states and also writes a newsletter about his hometown of Maine called the 'Maine Outsider' - a roundup of local outdoor events. He also set up 'Made by Adventur'e - a company to highlight travel as a force for good. I hadn't met Max before this interview, but from scrolling through his social media and website, there are obvious things about his life: his love of problem solving and the great outdoors. I think people that are both good at working through analytical problems but also have love the freedom and wilderness of nature are particularly potent because they can both zoom in on problems but also zoom out to have a wider perspective.Today, we’ll dig in to Max’s failures:Forgetting he has a bodyAssuming responsibilityTaking himself too seriouslyCONNECT WITH MAX?
