Things have all gone a bit quiet in the world of athletics, with the World championships only a few weeks away.
 


Shane has been racing over 5k this week and is pleasantly surprised at the result. He has also been running up a few hills and reveals his next challenge (which has already happened by the time this show comes out).
 


Josh continues his build back to fitness with another progression to the volume of his session. He may or may not get a little carried away with the pace on the reps and on the float, what do you reckon happens?
 


Aaron quits the sport on Tuesday, but is back in action by Thursday and has some positive improvements by the weekend.
