The sun is hot, the sky is blue, and domestic labor should be split 50-50 between husbands and wives.  OBVIOUSLY.Yet, for something that virtually every woman we know believes to be true (and holds very dear), that dang 50-50 split is REALLY hard to achieve!So why does the work of running a household and raising children seem to fall more heavily on women's shoulders? Why does the mental load of managing allthethings also fall on women?
