Donna has worked as a coach, a group facilitator and a therapist for more than 30 years - I cannot tell you how much I respect Donna and her work. 

This is one of those episodes it's going to make you think, it's going to make you cry, and it's going to put a lot in perspective.

-   Forgiving herself for how she was in the early years of her children's lives.
-   How much she struggled in those early days, including experiencing some pretty graphic intrusive thoughts
