Most people spend more time planning their weddings and vacations than they do planning their lives!
The Wheel of Life has 7 spokes:

Spiritual
Physical
Mental/Intellectual/Emotional
Family
Personal/Social/Friends
Career
Financial


Write a purpose statement for each category

Example for Physical: My body is the host to my mind and spirit; it is the tool I use to execute my dreams. My purpose is to care for it as my most precious possession.
Example for Career: My purpose is to use the energy and abilities I have been given to do work that is meaningful and fulfilling to me while serving and adding value to the lives of others


Write your ideal target/goal for each category

Example for Physical: To be able to run qualifying times for the Boston Marathon each year as I age; to weigh between 150-160 lbs; cholesterol lowering info under 200; to continue to be cancer-free.
