Rick was born and raised in a farming community with a local population of 200 in Central Illinois. Rick had always been around machinery and understood the importance of working smarter, not harder.Rick is involved in all aspects of our Edge Technologies business, including design, product improvements, internal processes, employee hiring and retention. Edge Technologies currently has about 80 employees, with half of our headcount being sales and service across a North American footprint.Edge Technologies has provided the industry with automatic bar feeders since the 1980s. The product is intended for low-volume frequent changeovers and high-volume dedicated work.
