Through the years, he's listened intently, gaining knowledge, insight, and then applying the best parts of this information to his own working style.During his 20+ years in manufacturing, he's had the immense pleasure program dozens of CNC machines, study Six Sigma, manage large shops, and travel to over 50 countries learning how business is conducted on a global scale.
