Description

Tangible Takeaways:Keep in mind: it's not personal. It’s about them and what they’re trying to say. This is why understanding communication styles is important.Your basic personality should not have to change when you walk through the doors at work or log in to Zoom. You have permission to be you! When we adapt and pivot for other's communication styles, this is not about changing who you are, but being more reflective and responsive to those around you.The key to accomplishing your goals is to show up and do the work. It all funnels down to being disciplined! As women, we often believe we must be able to check all the boxes before pursuing a new job or opportunity. Men don’t do this! Be courageous, and go for it!Confidence is all about being coachable. When taking a job: lean in and ask questions. This is your time to ask, don’t hold back!About Teresa:Teresa is the Founder and President of Rand Consulting, a firm specializing in speaking, training, and executive level career coaching for individuals and businesses.  She is a John Maxwell trainer, a certified Gallop Strengths and Disc behavioral assessments coach, a yoga teacher, and a stress reduction meditation guide.
