Joe is a wedding photographer and videographer based in New York City who has taken a straight forward, simple approach to selling his services to couples all over the tri state area and has an impressive rate of conversions.  His intentional approach to building relationships and establishing trust with clients before discussing cost allows him to convey himself more as an "assistant buyer" than the seller. Through that lens Joe walks us through a sales process as well as gives some great tactics and tidbits on how he has scaled a small photo and video company into a full time job in almost no time with an army of happy clients behind him.
