Description

The art of saying "No" and the way it increases the value of your Yes. If you only listen to one podcast episode this week in the entire world of podcasts, whether you're a photographer, film maker, designer, creative, or just curious entrepreneur this episode should be it. The vulnerability that Brandon Buccheri takes into this chat to talk about how important those two little letters are is amazing. There's a misconception in business that we become more valuable when we solve every problem that comes our way but the truth that Brandon discusses with me in this episode is that we have to know which problems to solve, which clients to take on, which paths to take, and which future we want to embrace as professionals. It is in learning to say "no" to opportunities that will dilute or distract from our goals that we increase the value of the problems we choose to say yes to.

Mindset coaching like this can be a subtle and yet powerful way to realign yourself to your goals. In The Collective we're not simply empowering creativity, we're creating community. Encouraging creatives to make more intentional decisions for their families, their industries, and their businesses that translate into more purpose filled lives and more joy. Brandon Buccheri is an original member of the Photographic Collective, an active admin in our free to join Facebook Group, and the cofounder of a production company based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area called Evoko Films. His compassion for his industry and passion for telling stories with films has opened the door to a remarkably wise and mature perspective on business. You can find more about his work via his website https://www.evokofilms.com/ or connect with him directly along side over 500 other creative minds from all over the world for free in the Photographic Collective Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/photographiccollective.mwb.
