Description

Welcome to the Areni Global podcast. In today’s episode Is Sense of Place the New Terroir, In Conversation with Elaine Chukan Brown, Pauline Vicard of Areni Global spends some time having a more philosophical conversation about the notion Sense of Place within the Fine Wine space. What is the definition of Terroir and is Sense of Place Terroir? And why does defining Terroir even matter? How do the notions of Typicity and authenticity fit into Sense of Place? Join this very in depth conversation as Pauline and Elaine try to enhance their own problem-solving capacities through an exchange of wine-centric ideas and information; analysing concepts; definitions; arguments, and problems.
